PaPaSeat returns to Paris, France!

PaPaSeat returns to Paris, France.  The last time we visited Paris was exactly one year again in September 2017.  We’re very happy to report that the bicycle market has continue to expand in Paris.  Even Velib, the government backed public bicycle system updated their entire bicycle.  Compared to previous generation of Velib the new bicycles are lighter but still maintain ride comfort.  Also, they have electric version as well.  Also, we have noticed new players including OFO, MOBIKE and OBIKE which are easily found all over the city.
